COLONEL J. S. Evans
COL Evans has served in the positions of; Division Chief of Staff, Division
Training Officer, Group Operations Officer, Regimental OPSCOM, Regimental
Operations Officer, Battalion, Company and Detachment Commander.
COL Evans received his Commission in 1990 from Governor James Martin.
COL Evans is the lead instructor for the NCER Instructors Course and has
over 15 years as a Criminal Justice Instructor. COL Evans has instructed at
several Community Colleges and at the N.C. Justice Academy in Salemburg,
NC. COL Evans also served on the Governor's Anti-Drug Task Force. COL
Evans holds numerous Emergency Management certifications and is an
American Red Cross 1st Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, CERT Instructor and
Wilderness First Aid Basics Instructor.

Jim Martin, and received her Commission in 1994. MAJ Evans has an
extensive background in Human Relations, Operational Management and
Finance.
