BRIGADIER GENERAL, Ted Gesulga BG Gesulga, has served in the following positions: Division Commander, Division Chief of Staff, Division Air Ops Officer, Group Operations Officer, Regimental Commander, Battalion Commander, Company Commander and Advisor to 1/299 INF, and 30th INF BDE. BG Gesulga was Commissioned as a U.S. Army Officer in 1957, and was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General by Governor James Martin in 1992. |

He has also served as a Military Judge, a Deputy Command Judge with the JFK Center for Military Assistance , and as the Assistant Judge Advocate with the 82nd ABN, and Chief Trial Counsel with the Center for Military Assistance. COL Carter is a certified instructor for Community Emergency Response Teams (C.E.R.T.), and holds numerous emergency management certifications. | CSM Hibler is retired Army. He spent 2 tours in Vietnam working as Crew Chief for the MACV Commander . During his carer, he served in the following positions: Operations Sergeant, Intelligence Sergeant, Logistics Sergeant, and Personnel Sergeant at Division Level. CSM Hibler also had the opportunity to Instruct at Several Military Academies. He taught basic and Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Courses, was an instructor for both the Reserve Officer and the Active Duty Officer Candidate Schools, and for several Military Occupational Speciality Courses. These include Truck Driver, Supply Cook, MP, Infantry, Field Artillery Specialist, Heavy Equipment Operator, and Bus Driver. |
