| EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC |
| The N.C.E.R. is dedicated to providing all available information and training to the education. Whether passing out literature on the streets or providing classroom training, the N.C.E.R. provides information which will assist North Carolina citizens to be prepared for whatever may come. The N.C.E.R. has certified instructors in CERT and Red Cross to provide training to our members. These instructors are also utilized to provide training to the public. The N.C.E.R. is a charter organization with the Department of Homeland Security to distribute FEMA literature to all Americans for disaster preparedness .
