





| COL Evans received his Commission in 1990 from Governor James Martin, and has served in the following positions: Division Chief of Staff, Division Training Officer, Group Operations Officer, Regimental OPSCOM, Regimental Operations Officer, Battalion, Company, and Detachment Commander. COL Evans is the lead instructor for the NCER Instructors Course, and has over 15 years as a Criminal Justice Instructor. He has instructed at several Community Colleges and at the N.C. Justice Academy in Salemburg, NC. He served on the Governor's Anti-Drug Task Force, and holds numerous Emergency Management certifications. COL Evans is also an American Red Cross 1st Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, CERT Instructor, and Wilderness First Aid Basics Instructor. |

COL Pearce has been involved with community service and disaster relief for over 20 years. He holds numerous Emergency Management certifications, and is a certified Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.) Instructor. |

| COL Perkins is the NCER's lead American Red Cross First Aid and CPR Instructor, and has taught throughout the State. He is also an ARC Professional Rescuer Instructor, ARC Oxygen Administration Instructor, CERT Instructor, and an NCER General Instructor. COL Perkins is also a credentialed mechanic for the City of Goldsboro, and is a holder of the Technician Class Amateur Radio License KG4KLS. |

| COL Tuttle received his Commission in 1988 from Governor Jim Martin, and has served in the following positions: Division Communication- Electronics Officer, Regimental Signal Officer with the NCSDM. COL Tuttle has a background in newspaper journalism as a reporter and columnist with over 25 years in Radio and Television broadcasting. He also holds an Extra Class Amateur Radio Operator License, NC4DT and is an Emergency Communications Instructor. |

| LTC Hillery received his Commission in 1989 from Governor James Martin, and has held the positions of Intel Officer, Adjutant, and Task Force Commander with the NCSDM, and served on the Governor’s Anti-Drug Task Force. LTC Hillery holds a General class Amateur Radio license KG4EDY, and is a District Emergency Coordinator for NC Amateur Radio Emergency Services Area 6, a Red Cross Disaster Specialty Instructor and Communications lead, Communications Specialist for NC-400 State Medical Assistance Team, police patrol volunteer, CERT Trainer & Coordinator, and holds numerous Emergency Management certifications. LTC Hillery has over 30 years experience in corporate security management, investigations & protective services, and video production & multimedia. LTC Hillery is a Member of ASIS, NASAR, ARRL. |
| MAJ Evans received her Warrant in 1991, and was later commissioned in 1994. She has served in the positions of Company Clerk, Personnel Specialist, and Personnel Officer at Battalion and Regiment level. MAJ Evans has also served as an Operational Specialist and Staff Weather Officer at Division level. MAJ Evans is a General Manager for a fortune 500 company, with an extensive background in Human Relations, Asset Security and Accounting. |
