COMMANDING GENERAL
BRIGADIER GENERAL  Ted Gesulga
BG Gesulga has served in the positions of;  Division Commander, Division
Chief of Staff, Division Air Ops Officer,  Group Operations Officer, Regimental
Commander, Battalion Commander, Company Commander and Advisor to 1/299
INF and 30th INF BDE.  BG Gesulaga has also serves as an Instructor at Special
BG Gesulga was Commissioned as a U.S. Army Officer in 1957, and promoted to
the rank of Brigadier General by Governor James Martin in 1992.
DEPUTY COMMANDER
COLONEL  Jack Carter
COL Carter has served in the positions of;  Division Operations and Logistics
Officer with the NCSDM.  COL Carter has also served as a Military Judge,  
Deputy Command Judge Advocate  JFK Center for Military Assistance and as
Assistant Judge Advocate 82nd ABN, Center for Military Assistance and as
Assistant Judge Advocate 82nd ABN, Chief Trial Counsel.  COL Carter is a
certified instructor for Community Emergency Response Teams (C.E.R.T.) and
holds numerous emergency management certifications.  COL Carter is an
American Red Cross Health & Safety Instructor.
