| UNIFORMS |
| UNIFORM The NCER has adopted an olive drab field uniform which is readily available at minimum cost. Name tapes and patches are brightly colored to clearly identify our personnel as members of the NCER and emergency service cap. We also utilize a red hardhat for missions. Patches and insignia issued for certification of specialities are addressed in our uniform policy. |
